Tim is a qualified FCMA who believes it’s not just about the numbers, but rather about managing the whole business. Interested in how business works and how to make it work better, and as a finance professional, skilled at analysing activity and interpreting the numbers to advise how the business is performing and identifying options to improve it, then rolling up sleeves to help ‘make it happen’.
Tim has worked with various organisation from large corporates to SME’s, and within a number of sectors; services providers, distribution & warehousing and manufacturing. He is commercially focused, and enjoys coming up with solutions to business challenges. Tim is enthusiastic, focused and tenacious, a good communicator and team player who enjoys connecting with people at every level within the organisation, whether that’s interviewing the CEO & COO’s of a FTSE 100 company, or discussing stock-take procedures with the store person.
Tim has a broad range of management skills and can generate ideas but firmly believes the best solutions come from everyone’s input. Tim is able to take a strategic view but also hands-on to implement strategy and get the job done.
