Swiss Laundry – Dry Cleaning

I have found the FD Centre’s concept refreshing, flexible and most importantly, it works!

We have been working with Mark Ledger for over two years now and enjoy and value his input.

Our business was not able to support a high calibre full time FD with whom we could discuss strategic matters, and tap into his real life business experiences but, on a part time basis, that resource is open to us. Mark has helped us in the restructuring of the finance department and with integration processes, as we were running two separate accounting functions. Modelling work too has been important for us, so we can better understand our KPIs and drive performance and accountability.

Mark is a valuable member of our team who I feel enjoys his interaction with us. He attends and contributes fully in our monthly operational board meetings and there is no question that his introduction has led to us producing improved control and performance. He also pushes and challenges me which helps in focusing on what really matters.

I would strongly recommend the FD Centre concept.
