A privately owned, family run office equipment and electronic document management systems dealership, that had been growing successfully for six years and was profitable. With two owner directors, very much hands-on and wearing many different hats, we knew that what we did in business worked. The question now was how to take it to a multi-million pound operation.

Rick Porazinski, managing director, had read about the benefits of part-time FDs for growth organisations and decided to set up a meeting with the FD Centre to see how they could help.

From the very first meeting we realised that the skills brought to the management team by Martin Levoir, an FD Centre Principal, would plug the gaps and assist us in putting together the necessary strategy and business plan for the next three years.

From non existent board meetings to regular monthly board meetings, Martin added a fresh perspective to what we were already doing. His experience, knowledge and financial input and vision complemented and strengthened our management team. This has helped us to begin expanding the sales department and bring our filed service operation in-house, instead of outsourcing it. His input has been invaluable and we look forward to reaching our business objectives with his continued support.
