Do you wish to have the opportunity to meet with like minded CEO’s and discuss the challenges facing your businesses as they grow, facilitated by a Professor from London School of Economics?

Register your interest here

In partnership with Grant Thornton and Santander, The FD Centre would like to invite you to join a select group of CEO’s from mid corporate businesses to consider the key issues that you face as your organisation grows, as well as your plans for expansion.

The areas we will be covering are:

- What are the key leadership challenges during “change periods”?

- How must organisation structures change to ensure optimal performance?

- What are the typical growth problems?

The seminar will take the form of a “facilitated brainstorm and workshop” which will enable you to both contribute and to learn from other attendees in what promises to be a very interesting and lively debate.

As mentioned, we are delighted that we will have as facilitator, Professor Paul Willman from the London School of Economics. Paul Willman is Professor of Management in the Department of Management. Until August 2006, he was Professorial Fellow of Balliol College, Oxford and the inaugural Ernest Butten Professor of Management in the Said Business School, Oxford University.

Professor Willman has taught on MBA and Executive MBA programmes at Oxford University, Cranfield School of Management, Budapest University of Economics, Ecole de Ponts et Chaussees, Paris, and London Business School. He is the author of nine books and numerous articles in academic journals.
