We were a classic ‘zero to hero business', by year 3 we had outgrown our financial systems and I was spending far too much time trying to make them work, stretching me to the limit, meaning that other areas of the company were suffering.  We could not afford a full time FD of the standard required but without one the company was in danger - enter the FD Centre.

James Nicholson-Smith, within a very short period of time, identified the immediate key danger areas and implemented simple but very effective systems to relieve the pressure.  This allowed for a full systems review and over the course of the following months we were able to implement changes across the board that streamlined the whole operation of the company.

Not only were the internal financial systems re structured but James dealt and negotiated with the banks, Tax and VAT man to enable us to captialise on our fast growth and it is thanks largely to him that we are in the position we are in today. 

The FD Centre bought financial expertise along with a broad real life business experience and contacts that have proved invaluable; I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
