John Vause – Principal, North West & North Wales

John is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants having qualified in 1988 with a large provincial firm based on the Fylde Coast. John has been retained for the past 18 years by a group of family owned companies, holding various roles including Company Secretary, Finance Director and Managing Director, assuming full responsibility for the finance function of each company and gaining experience in business acquisitions and disposals, recovery and turnaround situations and extensive general management experience. John joined the FD Centre in 2006.
