Mitchell Wolfe – Principal, The West Country

Mitchell qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1985 and subsequently gained a marketing based MBA at the University of Bradford.  He spent almost 10 years in senior finance roles (including three as Finance Director) with a number of medium sized businesses, both private and public, before taking over as Managing Director of a manufacturing business in the mid 1990's.  He has personal experience of managing MBO's and venture capitalists, managing turnrounds including the negotiation of shareholder/director exits, debt fund raising, factory relocation, computer system change, establishing and working with Far East JV's and the creation of Chinese facilities.  Mitch is also an accredited Dale Carnegie trainer focussed on personal development for senior executives.
