Jeremy Lawrence – Principal, The West Country

Jeremy is a highly experienced and strategically minded FD. Qualifying with Price Waterhouse in 1978 he worked in various overseas locations until the late 1980s. He joined a start-up medical device company in 1989 and spent almost 10 years as Group FD, overseeing the business from sales of under £1m to over £15m. He has managed a number of venture capital deals including a complex £20m BIMBO in 1994 and a more conventional MBO in 1998. Jeremy has worked as FD or CEO of several SMEs at different stages of development and in a range of sectors. He has successfully refinanced several businesses from bank, venture capital and other sources and has started (and sold) several businesses.
