Maurice O'Shea - Managing Principal, South East

Maurice is a Chartered Accountant with an Executive MBA from the London Business School. He has extensive experience as Finance Director of financing, growing and turning around entrepreneurial and growing businesses, particularly in challenging commercial situations (turnover £1m to £250m). He combines his strategic and commercial skills with a passion for building value and creating successful management and operating teams. He is hands on, positively managing change, difficult situations and people. He has raised venture capital and angel finance for start ups and high growth business.

More recent roles include turning around a News International subsidiary, closely managing customer operations, IT systems and software development and as the Managing Director of BSkyB's SkyTalk telephony operation, delivering rapid customer growth and profitability in a highly regulated, fast moving brand and customer centric environment.
