Don Haymes - Principal, Yorkshire & Humberside

Don is a Chartered Accountant (trained and qualified with a Big Four firm in Leeds) with over 15 years in industry and commerce, primarily with SMEs. Don has been a full-time Finance Director of companies covering the Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Property Development and Business Services sectors. His experience includes a number of financial turnarounds, bank re-financings as well as playing a key role in a VC-backed business in the run up to its successful sale. Don has experience of major IT implementations having successfully delivered new systems in a number of his roles. Don's current portfolio includes part-time roles at a number of businesses in the sectors described above.
