Jim Bellingham – Principal, London

Jim has been a Finance Director for over 30 years, including 3 years as Chief Financial Officer of Laura Ashley Plc, with considerable experience in Retail, Franchising, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Publishing and, more recently, in Construction. A Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, Jim has held several positions in general management, has negotiated major refinancing deals, managed several major acquisitions, restructured and integrated businesses and negotiated company and business disposals. He has also given lectures on how to turnaround ailing businesses.
