Nick Thompson - Principal, London

Nick is an economics graduate who qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in 1983. He has had a number of Finance Director roles in a number of fast growing and acquisitive entrepreneurial SMEs with turnover between £20m and £100m.

His sector specialisation includes retail, restaurants and property/construction both in UK and overseas and has held Finance Director positions at Conran, Daisy and Tom, Early Learning Centre and Bonhams Auctioneers.

He has considerable experience of transactions, MBOs, due diligence and other corporate finance activity with across a wide range of businesses.
