Andrew Daw – Managing Principal, FD Centre Corporate Finance Division

Andrew has hands-on experience of Fund Raising, Sale, Acquisition and IPO in growing businesses along with extensive turnaround skills gained in practice and in commerce. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Andrew acted as an FD in subsidiaries of Burmah Oil and Unigate, subsequently becoming a Corporate Finance Partner in BDO Binder Hamlyn and Deloitte where he acted for UK and overseas clients on over 50 transactions. For the last 12 years he has returned to industry and worked to float, sell and acquire a wide range of businesses in a number of sectors. Andrew is an effective executive with broad-ranging management, negotiation and team building skills, supporting a pragmatic approach to achieving results.
