Sarah Cowperthwaite - Principal, The West Country

Sarah was previously the Finance Director of a commercial property company backed by a US fund. She has extensive experience in negotiating bank facilities and joint venture arrangements and in managing banking relationships as well as in financial modelling. She oversaw the management of all financial aspects of the group from start up to having £1billion of property under management. Prior to her property roles she was assistant treasurer for a major retail group. Sarah qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand with secondments internally to the insolvency department and externally to a national charity.
