David Paget - Principal, South Coast

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the London office of Price Waterhouse, and is an experienced Finance Director having worked in a variety of sectors, including retail, B2B services, catering, food processing and telecoms.

David's experience has been very much as a hands-on FD involved in cash flow management, working capital control, business planning and forecasting, and financial reporting, whilst also having considerable operational experience in general management.

In addition, David has listed a Company's shares on the main market, liaised with City institutions and acted as company secretary of a quoted company, as well as dealing with auditors and HMRC.

He also uses his experience to increase financial awareness among all employees within companies - in particular the mantra that "Cash is King"!
