Paul Cooper - Managing Principal, Yorkshire & Humberside

Paul gained an honours degree in business studies and his MBA from Sheffield Hallam University.

Having qualified as a CIMA accountant he took up his first finance director role with a Meggitt plc subsidiary, Bestobell Valves Ltd, where he was involved in a number of acquisitions and disposals.

As FD for a major social housing contractor in the North of England, Paul went on to be promoted to MD where he planned and implemented the geographic expansion of the business into the Midlands.

Paul has also worked for a London based IT and telecommunications provider and for a retailer where he project managed the AIM floatation of the company. Paul has also acted as FD for multiple franchisees and helped them to raise funds.

Paul is currently working as part-time FD for a portfolio of different clients in the construction, healthcare and IT sectors. His current roles encompass fund raising, IT implementations, and financial control projects.
