Ted Bechman – Principal, London

Ted qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1983. Following a period as a Management Consultant with KPMG, Ted moved into Industry and has held Financial Director roles in several SMEs of various sizes (T/O £2m to £60m) with a principal focus on the Technology sector. During his career Ted has floated two companies on AIM and has raised finance from both Private Equity and the Public Markets. He also has experience of hands-on roles including as a Managing Director of a French subsidiary of a UK company and 10 European based M&A deals.
