Peter is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with practical general and operational management experience in the highly competitive, and currently challenging, construction, manufacturing and waste management sectors. Peter has gained a very full understanding of management problems both from the pure financial and operational perspectives. He has led, arranged financial backing, for a successful MBO and headed and negotiated two successful business turnarounds, as Interim Managing Director. This mix of diverse activities has given a complete understanding of both the financial and practical problems of business managers, particularly in changing and challenging environments.
