Jerry Govett – Principal, North East

Jerry is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants with over 20 years of experience in all areas of Finance, and operational and strategic management. He has worked in senior roles for a range of businesses from privately owned SME’s to multinational plc’s. In addition, he has a proven track record employing external consultants, managing and delivering IT projects, negotiating with external suppliers and government agencies and is well versed in building good relationships with capital providers, banks and auditors.

• Reorganising and restructuring businesses
• Completing acquisitions and sales of businesses, and managing successful integration
