Andrew is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 15 years experience as Finance Director of Focus(DIY) Ltd, Halfords, Experian International, Boots Healthcare and Dairy Crest Milk. Sector experience covers retail, business services, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing/distribution. He has worked in both publicly owned and private equity backed companies, from growth to recovery situations.

His skills range from strategic development to day to day operational performance improvement. In the 3 years he spent at each of Halfords and Boots Healthcare share holder value increased by over 100% as he drove value maximising growth in new product and geographical markets and removed unproductive costs.

He has undertaken several business reorganisations and completed both small and large acquisitions/disposals.
